That was the day when I was writing the article from my band to my first website. The website name was astrocsage.com. This website was exist around seven years, and than my life has been totally changed. At this time I was living in Debrecen which is Hungary`s second - biggest city.

The band has 4 members. A guitarist, bass guitarist, drummer and me. First, just singer and songwriter but our guitarist was thinking a different way. He told me, that while I am standing and singing I could hit a couple of chords as well.

And of course with plus one instrument the music is more complete and raising the level of the band and our reputation. He did not joke and to the next rehearsal, he bought a keyboard. He was a great musician and songwriter I think with absolute pitch. He was playing on guitar, bass guitar, twelve - string guitar, ukulele, violin and piano-keyboard and probably the list is not full. He was before our team in a band who was playing music to children. He loved that but he did not enjoy so much the lot to do with the stage supplementary what they needed setting up on every event or concert.

He was the „music” basic of the band. In our repertoire was mainly classical rock, folk songs, blues and country. We have been played Hungarian and foreign band`s covers. We played our songs and we could build up a poetry evening as well when I was singing Hungarian poet`s poems with musical settings. It was an acoustic concert. I think the most beautiful things in my life. And it is not an exaggeration.

I had like to do that. I was selecting the best poems, the best songs. We were playing songs from example Roxette, Jimi Hendrix, Santana, Republic, Bikini. The two lasts are great Hungarian bands.

I have a nice friend of mine, who is playing heavy metal in Hungary and he was our mentor. I told him that finally, I have a band. He asked: „When would you like a gig?” And before I could say anything he asked: „17th of April is all right?” And I went to the next rehearsal and I told to the guys that 17th of April we will have a concert. He`s band name is Diktator. He is a fanatic. He is playing his music for about 35 years, the band established in 1986. He can be a role model for lots of us. No matter what is happened in his life – good or bad things – he always stayed the same. He is there if you need a friend if the young generation needs a possibility to show their music. He always the first if somewhere needs a charity concert. Our band wasn`t a long life, but it was busy and it is my best memory ever.

Chorus

At the same time, I was singing sometimes in chorus. You can ask how rock and classical music come together? What is the connection? More than you realize. The basic is if you want good voice training, if you wanting to improve your singing skills, you need a very good teacher, and/or you need good circumstances for singing and the chorus is the best place. Don`t forget so many great singers start their carrier in a chorus, and so many cases in the church`s chorus. Example: Axel Rose. But of course, the best chorus and gospel singer was Elvis, The King or Annie Lennox was learning classical music as well.

And anyway some interesting that the Hungarian singer educating is using or used the Kodaly Method what gives excellent musical knowledge to the students. "The Kodály method also referred to as the Kodály Concept, is an approach to music education developed in Hungary during the mid-twentieth century by Zoltán Kodály. His philosophy of education served as inspiration for the method, which was then developed over a number of years by his associates. In 2016, the method was inscribed as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage." ( Wikipedia ) The Lady who was the leader of the chorus was a very good music director. And of course, she was fanatic as well. I went to her place first in 2003 somewhere in November.

I didn`t want to sing that time I just wanted to learn reading sheet music well. However, when I was in the 3rd lesson she said to me, that she needs my voice. I wouldn`t like to do that because I needed to pay my bills and Christmas was coming, and in wintertime, you have bigger expenses. You need to pay for more heating, more electricity etc, so I couldn`t covered more lessons just what I was planning at that time. She wanted that I can to contribute to the record what she wants to make around Christmas with the chorus. And of course, If you want to do this you need to be there and practise 2-3 times a week minimum. And that is a lot of money.

She said it is all right, she didn`t need my money but she needs my voice. So the record was on the 21th of December in an old Calvinist church in Monostorpalyi. I was singing Panis Angelicus and Stille Nacht in solo. After the concert, I didn`t go again to the conductor because I didn`t have money for it. I was enjoying the chorus later on, around 2006 or 2007 probably. But that time just from a hobby. However, they did not have lots of gigs and I have lost my interest and rather I became to set up own things. We always tried.

We had a rehearsal room - beside the Neochrome and Replika two precious band -  with old friends but it wasn`t easy to step forward. If you need to earn the money for your leaving then that is the priority and the music always at the end of your list so than it is truly not easy. Of course, I was always writing something. Usually poems and diary. But it wasn`t the same.

And however I have found the drummer in 2003 - who became "love is first sight" - and we had a guitarist, bass guitarist sometimes it wasn`t enough to make a big step forward just around 2009.

Budapest

26th of February 2011 I was moving from Debrecen to Vecses. Vecses is the neighbour city to Budapest and it is a range by area of the airport. It is a nice little town and for the business is a very good option. After when I was settled down a bit I was looking for some music things in Budapest and I have found a country band. I found very good musicians again. It was more fun than concerts, but for the singing and the music it was a very very good time. And of course, I find nice people as well.

Blackpool

When I have changed my life in 2016 I had a little break... of course, I was that summer on a lot of music events in Cyprus example on the Medieval Festival had a concert of Dimitris Basis who is a very famous Greek singer. I love so much folk music so Cyprus is full of tradition and especially if it comes to music. I arrived at Blacpool in April 2018. And next year I had made a studio record for reference with an occasion if I have a performance here in England. I had a little success but of course, the work was the first again. Now I don`t search for a band, musicians now I am doing it to myself. Thanks to luck or God or the circumstances I have a great partner in my life for almost years now who is always supporting me and I have beautiful friends whom I rely on. Shortly this is my past in the music`s field.
